Delivery and payment
Do you deliver to all of Australia?
Yes. We deliver to any address in Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to Australia takes 6 to 13 working days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free, however small the order.
How can I pay?
Payment is processed by Airwallex, our payment provider. You will see the options available to you at the payment step, such as Apple Pay on supported devices.
Are your prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices on this site are in AUD.
Returns
Can I return a pair if I change my mind?
Yes. Email hello@zanetta.sg with your order number no later than 7 days after your pair arrives, and we will send a free return label to your inbox.
Can I exchange a pair?
Yes, exchanges are free too. Email hello@zanetta.sg with your order number and the size or style you would like, no later than 7 days after your pair arrives. The pair must be unworn and in its original packaging.
What condition must a returned pair be in?
It must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Try your pair on indoors so it stays unworn.
What if my pair is faulty?
The 7-day window covers a change of mind only. If a pair is faulty or not as described, the Australian Consumer Law protects you whatever the date.

Sizing
What sizes do you use?
Our sizes are in EU. Every product page has a size guide with foot lengths in centimetres.
How do I find my size?
Stand on paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, and measure from the wall to the mark. Our EU to Australian size guide has the full chart.
Do you have kids' sizes?
Yes. See our kids' sandals and our kids' size guide. Sizes vary by style, so check the product page.
