Every order ships free to any address in Australia, however small. Delivery to Australia takes 6 to 13 working days. Returns and exchanges are free too. If you change your mind about a pair, let us know no later than 7 days after it arrives and we will send a free return label to your inbox. To start a return or an exchange, email hello@zanetta.sg with your order number. For an exchange, tell us the size or style you would like. A returned or exchanged pair must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The 7-day window covers a change of mind only. If a pair is faulty or not as described, the Australian Consumer Law protects you whatever the date.
